Baycrest’s Principal is an Argus Software Certified Professional, allowing him to provide complex Argus and Discounted Cash Flow analysis for almost any property or portfolio. Argus services can also be helpful to brokers marketing complex properties or large portfolios.

Appraisal Review Services

With our vast property underwriting experience, Baycrest Capital has reviewed thousands of appraisals covering almost every property type in locations across the country.  We are well qualified to evaluate appraisal assumptions and analyze appraisal conclusions and methods.
